What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. During your sessions, we store the words you type or speak, your scores, and timestamps — so we can show you your progress over time.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to power WordFlow. We use it to show your progress, calculate personal bests, and improve your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.

Voice input

If you use the voice input feature, your speech is processed by your browser's built-in speech recognition (Web Speech API). WordFlow does not record or store raw audio. Only the transcribed words are saved as part of your session.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely in the cloud. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to you and the WordFlow team for support purposes only.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and keeping you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. If you have any questions about your data, contact us at hello@wordflow.app.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of WordFlow after changes means you accept the updated policy.
